Vegan Sweet and Sour Chicken
One of the first things that I started missing when I became a vegetarian was really good sweet and sour chicken. There are restaurants in Seattle, like Bamboo Garden, that have a decent take on it, but in the general scheme of things, it’s kinda crappy. Over the years, I developed this recipe, primarily because I discovered the sauce at Safeway one day.
