Cut up your veggies. This is based on personal preference. For this recipe, I cut my green peppers into long, thin strips, as well as my onions. For the tomatoes, I diced them and cut the mushrooms accordingly.
For the cheese, I used prepackaged slices of swiss. Most people will use provolone. That’s some rich people shit. The great thing about using premade slices is that if you wanted to use soy cheese to make your meal vegan, it makes the process so much easier.
