Put about a spoonful of vegetable oil in the pan and fry up your veggies. During this process put a dash of pepper and garlic salt in there for good measure. Once the veggies begin to brown, line them up in a neat pile and throw a slice of cheese on top. Allow the cheese to melt slightly, but not too much. The heat from the veggies themselves will cause the rest of the cheese to liquify once they’re place in the roll.
