Dad’s House
My dad is somewhat of a photographer, so he took pictures of the kid and I for our ultra cheesy Christmas cards this year. He also made lunch which consisted of cold vegetarian tacos. Here’s my dad’s mix:
- black beans
- corn
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- pico de gallo
- ranch dressing
- shredded cheese
Yes. Like most Filipino people (myself included), my dad loves ranch dressing and felt the need to make a mixture for his taco. It may look/sound weird, but it was actually quite good. I may have to modify this for future use (but keep the dressing off for people around me who hate ranch).
