Friday, December 5th:
Blue C Sushi.
Yeah, yeah, Blue C Sushi is a chain and they don’t dabble in the realness, blah blah. Well, you know what? They’re one of the few sushi places that has vegetarian options. I also like the idea of the food coming to me on a conveyor system.
During this Blue C trip, I had the Inari (sweet tofu with rice), which was okay, but surprisingly their cucumber roll or whatever it was called was pretty awesome. I had, like, five plates of it.
